Washington D.C. Auto Show Driving toward 2013 Dates

In 2013, The Washington Auto Show® will move its show dates to February 1 for 10 days, according to the show’s producer, the Washington Area New Automobile Dealers Association (WANADA).
The largest public show in Washington, and a can’t miss family tradition, The Washington Auto Show is scheduled from Feb. 1 -10, with Jan. 30 and Jan. 31 serving as special preview days for media, government and industry.
“Only The Washington Auto Show can bring together the latest in safety and technology as well as consumer promotions and lots of fun; indeed, “It is the hottest ticket” in town,” said Robert Fogarty, show chairman and CEO of Sport Automotive.
In 2013, the show will have a new floor plan and many new features, including a Luxury Showcase with 11 luxury brands together on the first level and the Exotic Car area. The Advanced Technology SuperHighway Café will house the latest innovations in safety, sustainability and technology.
At the same time, the show draws a massive, diverse and affluent audience with its showcase of stars and cars, cutting-edge technologies, contests and car giveaways.
Look for the display of more than 700 new vehicles by over 42 domestic and import manufacturers offering a showcase of cars, trucks, mini-vans, sport utility vehicles. The show fills the 750,000 square-foot space with two-levels of advanced exhibits.

Jan. 31:8 am-5 pm Public Policy Day at Walter E. Washington Convention Center –announcements from automakers and industry for officials in government, industry and media
Jan. 31, 5-8 pm Sneak Peek Preview Reception-exclusive to Members of Congress, Ambassadors, regulators, industry and media
